Waiting is a big part of Christmas. And not just because we find ourselves waiting for parties and presents and family gatherings, but in the sense that Christmas celebrates the end of humanity’s long wait for the promised coming of the Savior. In this sermon, we look to the example of Simeon and Anna for insight on how to wait on the Lord in our own lives today.
