Women's Ministry
We believe in the certainty of God's Word and what it has to say about how we live our lives as women.
We recognize that we have value in God's hands.
We know that God has created us with a specific purpose for serving and ministering to the unique needs around us.
We understand our calling is to mentor each other as women: spiritually, practically, and emotionally to and for the glory of God as in Titus 2.
Therefore, our mission as the Women's Ministry of the Evangelical Free Church in Atlantic, Iowa is to help equip women for life, ministry and missions by providing opportunities for spiritual and personal growth.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDIES
Stepping Up (Beth Moore) led by Shirley Ferguson will meet on Monday afternoons @ 1:00 pm at Shirley's home in Atlantic beginning September 21st.
Esther (Beth Moore) will be led by Christy Cunningham and Jeanie Williams on Wednesday mornings @ 6:45 am and meet at Pam Russell's home in Atlantic beginning September 16th.
John (with an emphasis on the love of Christ) led by Treva Turpin will meet at the church on Wednesday mornings @ 9:30 am beginning September 30th (No childcare)
Exodus (Kay Arthur) a 12 week study on the book of Exodus will be led by Sheri Rush at her home in Griswold on Wednesday evenings @ 7:00 pm beginning September 30th. The cost of the book is $25.
Believing God (Beth Moore) will be led by Joyce Doughty and Kim Shields and meet at the church on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm beginning October 15th.
2 Peter/Jude (Navigators), a study to encourage readers to stand firm in the faith and hold to the promise of Christ's return will be led by Treva Turpin on Friday mornings @ 9:30 am. This study will meet at the church beginning October 2nd and childcare will be provided.
Precept Upon Precept study of Revelation Part 1 ~ Jesus' Message to the Church (10 lessons) Chapters 1-3 of Revelation contain God's messages to the seven churches of Asia. See how His messages recorded by John so long ago still speak to the church today. This study meets Friday mornings at 9:00 am at the Hoye home.
