Don McLean

Pastor Don was called as our Senior Pastor in the fall of 2008. Prior to coming to Atlantic, Don served for ten years as the pastor of the Glastonbury Community Church (EFCA) in central Connecticut. Don earned his Bachelor of Arts in history at Amherst College in Massachusetts and a Masters of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. Don is passionate about preaching and teaching the Word of God and helping people grow as followers of Jesus Christ. Don and his wife, Laura, met in college and have been married since 1993. They have three school-aged children, Hannah, Joshua and Nathaniel. When he’s not working, Don enjoys reading, gardening, following baseball and football and playing games with his family.

Alan E. Seehusen

Pastor Alan was hired as our full time Youth Pastor/Associate in June of 1998. Prior to entering full time ministry, he was employed by the USDA for 20 years. In preparation for full-time ministry, Alan received his Masters Degree-Bible Studies in May of 2000 from Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. Alan's undergraduate degree is from Iowa State University in Dairy Science/Farm Operations. He is married to Minerva and they have four adult children - Donald, Anna (married to Spencer Roland), Katherine, and David. Al and Minerva live south of Atlantic and are about to become empty-nesters.
